We opened in 1993, and have been providing actuarial reports and consulting services to lawfirms throughout Atlantic Canada. We pride ourselves on timeliness of response to requests.

The firm was founded by Jessie Shaw Gmeiner, M.Sc., F.C.I.A., F.S.A.. Jessie has over twenty-five years of experience in providing actuarial reports and rendering opinions as an expert witness in the supreme courts of Atlantic Canada. Since 1990, Jessie has prepared over twenty-six hundred actuarial reports, the majority of these cases settling out of court.
