Standard Fixed Price Contract - we provide a firm price based upon complete contract documents provided by the owner's consultant.

Project or Construction Management - we assist with the design and manage the construction phase of a project on a fee basis.

Design/Build Process - using a true team approach, we partner with the owner and the consultants to provide a single source responsibility, turn-key service.

Lease-back Option - using the services of Walmer Inc., an affiliated real estate development company, we complete real estate development company, we complete the project using the design/build method and lease it back to the client over an extended time period.
