Thermal imaging or infrared thermography has long been a valuable tool in the predictive preventative maintenance field. Thermography allows us to identify and document problems that may not be evident during a visual inspection.

Heat loss can be caused by several construction related defects. These include missing insulation, poor sealing and improper installation of top plates to name a few. Some heat-loss related defects can be found during a simple evaluation.

It's also very good to detect problems with flat roofs and electricity.
