CIEVA assists in the employability of persons from the age of 19 years, who have handicapping conditions by promoting the value of developing individual strengths and awareness through job placement

CIEVA employs certified Human Service Counselors as front line support staff who provide counseling and advocate on behalf of clients concerning work-related issues.

Human Service Counselors are on staff to offer job training support to clientele in placements ranging from full/part time positions to job exposure arrangements.  Placements allow individuals to develop work and social skills as well as increasing their independence within their community.
